purchases and subscriptions made on our platform. We encourage you to read these terms
carefully before making a purchase.
1. Prices and Payment
1.1. Leadpusher reserves the right to adjust the prices of our leads after purchase. Any
price changes will be communicated to the customer within a reasonable time before they
take effect.
1.2. Payment for leads must be made in advance of delivery. The customer will receive the
number of leads that have been purchased according to the agreement.
2. Subscription and Commitment
2.1. Leadpusher operates on a subscription basis. After the initial purchase, the
customer will automatically receive the desired leads according to the chosen subscription.
2.2. When subscribing, the customer commits to a minimum period of 5 months. The
customer is obligated to pay for the desired leads for the entire duration of the commitment
period.
3. Delivery of Leads
3.1. Leadpusher is committed to delivering the number of leads the customer has
purchased within the agreed timeframe.
3.2. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the necessary information for the
delivery of leads is correct and up to date.
4. Cancellation and Changes
4.1. After the expiration of the minimum period of 5 months, the customer may cancel their
subscription at any time with one month’s notice.
4.2. Changes to the subscription, such as the number of leads or payment frequency, can be
made by contacting Leadpusher customer service. Changes will take effect from the
next payment cycle.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. Leadpusher cannot be held liable for any losses or damages that may arise from the
use of the delivered leads.
5.2. The customer is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations when
using the received leads.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1. The customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, provided that
leads are not delivered within 72 hours. If delivery begins within the withdrawal period, the right of
withdrawal lapses.
